You invest! We do all the work.

Suppose you don't want all the risk and work involved, then why not just invest for a return on your money?  Our typical project takes anywhere from 3 to 7 months to complete.  We do everything from purchasing the property and rehabbing to the final sale.  

Our minimum investment amount is $50,000, with a maximum of $250,000.  Your investment will be used for a rehab project that is ongoing or being acquired at the current time.   For this investment, you will receive an excellent return on your investment within 6 to 10 months.  

Although we can't guarantee the total return you receive, our past returns have been in the 6% to 40% return on investment.
